I started looking for a place where I could taste this tasty bite and, to my great disappointment, there was no such place in Moscow. I immediately began experimenting with making my first Japanese cheesecakes. With the help of my friend who lives in Japan, I scouted out the secrets that could not be found in Russia. A lot of recipes and techniques were studied.
I spent many evenings at home watching my cheesecakes rise in the oven!
In the end, I was able to get the flavor and image of the perfect dessert, which I am excited to share with you!

The Japcake team has been delighting Moscow residents and city guests with natural, high-quality, and most importantly, delicious desserts since 2020. One of which is the legendary San Sebastian cheesecake, aka “burnt” cheesecake - a treat that conquered the city! If you see a slice of San Sebastian on the shelves of "Vkusvill", you know that it was made here.
There is so much more to say about all the dishes, but it is better just to come and try them. We have delivery throughout Moscow, and if it is not possible to come, we are happy to deliver desserts to any corner of the city.
